I was a licensed home inspector in Maryland and Virginia. Let me be your 'reality check' when looking at potential new property. I will walk you through the HVAC system, electrical, plumbing, roof, walls, foundation, yard and so on. I can help spot the building nightmare hidden just a coat of paint away or help you find the diamond in the rough. I love doing this and few inspectors have my technical certifications and hands-on experience.

I follow the ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) standard, checking hundreds of details from the very top to the very bottom of your building. You will then get a report on those details that suits your needs. Just the issues? A full top-to-bottom description? Photos? I'm here to help!

I can craft a custom presentation to suit your needs and get in to as much detail as you'd like. Learn how to determine the age of HVAC equipment, regular maintenance schedules, indicators of potential problems. 

Maintenance

Like people, buildings need regular work to keep running. I can take care of keeping your pipes clear, air filters changed, systems checked, lawn mowed and more. I am a NATE certified HVAC technician and know how to keep one of your most important systems running as it should. I can set up a preventive maintenance schedule for every few months, weeks or days to take care of your building so it can take care of you.

Something broken? Need furniture assembled? Lights burned out? Need things rearranged? Moving an office? Need a wall repainted? There are a thousand little things (and more than a few big things) to be done. I can help guide you to the right professionals for the job and will be there with you through it to the end.

I am a professional artist with years of studio and performing arts practice, and used that to help guide the Monroe Street Market development project to the success it is today. I would be THRILLED to help you incorporate the Arts in to your next project, large or small.
